Shipping within EU will usually take 2-4 days, depending on when you place your order. International orders are usually 4-7 days.
We add a low flat rate shipping charge specific to your country at checkout.
Please note that if you are shopping from a non-EU country, local import charges (customs duty and taxes) may occur depending on your region or country. Please contact us at customercare@phanta.dk if you have any questions regarding this.
For online orders, we accept items in new condition for a full refund. There is no restocking fee and return shipping paid by the customer. You have 14 days from the shipping date to send your return back. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase, once we have received your item. You will receive a notification via email after we have accepted your return. We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policy and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to issue the refund back to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
